An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures
- Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs safely and efficiently
- Install and upgrade electrical systems, panels, generators, and lighting per code requirements
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and pricing
- Maintain accurate work orders, timesheets, and material usage records
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
- Represent Coltin Electric professionally on every job, building trust and repeat business Qualifications
- Experience in residential service and repair work required
- Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
