Job Description

Position Overview The Residential Service Electrician performs troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance work in residential settings, delivering safe, code-compliant electrical service while providing a great customer experience. This is a hands-on field role for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a growing company. Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures
  • Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs safely and efficiently
  • Install and upgrade electrical systems, panels, generators, and lighting per code requirements
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and pricing
  • Maintain accurate work orders, timesheets, and material usage records
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
  • Represent Coltin Electric professionally on every job, building trust and repeat business Qualifications
  • Experience in residential service and repair work required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
  • Drug Free Workplace screening is required Compensation & Benefits $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days for experienced candidates

Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
