English & Spanish required Job Summary We are seeking an entry-level Electrician Technician to support day-to-day operations of a data center facility. This role assists with maintaining electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations. Ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience looking to grow in a critical facilities environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems Support critical power systems including generators, switchgear, UPS, and PDUs Perform basic troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations as needed Follow safety procedures and assist with compliance related to NEC, NFPA, and OSHA standards Work with vendors and contractors under supervision Complete maintenance logs, reports, and documentation Participate in training and ongoing learning related to data center operations Qualifications 1+ year of experience in electrical, facilities, or critical infrastructure environments Basic understanding of electrical distribution systems and mechanical equipment Ability to use hand tools and basic diagnostic tools Able to read basic schematics or drawings Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow procedures Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment CAREERXCHANGE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
