  • 3 days on / 4 days off, 4 days on / 3 days off Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations in a manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems, as well as assisting with capital projects such as equipment installation and dismantling. The ideal candidate will have a strong troubleshooting mindset and a commitment to minimizing downtime while maintaining safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Reassemble machinery following maintenance and repair to ensure proper functionality Start and observe equipment to evaluate performance and identify issues Inspect, test, and diagnose defective components and communicate findings Lubricate and maintain machines and components according to procedures Install, replace, and adjust machine parts to meet production specifications Dismantle equipment using appropriate tools and material-handling devices Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and production records Interpret work orders, schematics, and technical documents Set up and adjust machines to optimize performance Safely transport tools, parts, and equipment using hoists, cranes, or forklifts Maintain clean and safe work areas by removing scrap and worn components Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems Support capital projects, including installation and relocation of machinery Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance activities and reduce downtime Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform additional duties as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems Experience with 3-phase power systems and 480V electrical systems Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and automated systems Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints Proficiency with hand and power tools used in industrial maintenance Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Basic math and literacy skills for interpreting work instructions and documentation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and boiler systems Mechanical experience with rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics preventive maintenance programs Knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and photoelectric sensors Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00
