Electrician:

Sell and complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions (and get paid for it) Handle jobs from estimate to install with freedom and accountability Deliver white-glove customer service every time Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions Read and interpret blueprints and schematics like a pro Install wiring, panels, lighting, and smart home systems Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates Ensure safety is a top priority at all times Keep accurate job documentation and reports Help train and mentor future team members as the department grows

What We're Looking For:

Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Problem-solving and communication skills Quality work and top-tier customer service
