This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their craft, works safely, and can handle fast‑paced environments during overnight hours. What You'll Do Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures Run conduit, pull wire, terminate panels, devices, and equipment Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Perform nightly troubleshooting and resolve electrical issues on the spot Ensure all work meets NEC, OSHA, and job‑specific safety standards Assist with layout and planning to keep the project on schedule Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used Communicate with supervisors, project managers, and team members as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Electrician's license or Journeyman certification (preferred but not required) 7+ years of hands‑on electrical construction experience Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience in VA hospitals, healthcare facilities, and commercial/industrial environments Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure Valid driver's license Must pass a background check
