REQUIRED
Minimum of 5 years experience installing and troubleshooting Electrial/Low Voltage Systems (Journeymans License perfered but not required) Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction methodology and commercial structured cabling. Systems knowledge and experience with Crestron controls, Audio DSP configuration, AVIT networking, CCTV CMS, VoIP and VTC Communication Systems. Knowledge of job site safety and OSHA regulations Computer skills to manage project reports A passion for technology and self-initiative towards continuing education Work ethic and attention to detail skills Ability to interact with employees, customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner, both verbal and written Ability to work well independently and in team settings Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements Flexibility to work outside the job description when the need arises Valid Driver's License Employer does drug testing Employer does background check Access to tools Employer will check references Work days: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Position Summary:
An Electrician/Low Voltage Technician at IM Solutions is responsible for installing AV/IT projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction methodologies and electrical installation in commercial and residential projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have leadership skills and a commitment to upholding our company's core values. Your electrical skills will be challenged as you are trained in new building communication technology of the future.
