Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial & Residential Electrical Technician, focusing on Naples-based projects that energize both new construction and renovation efforts! Duties Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and residential settings, adhering to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters. Perform low voltage wiring, high voltage connections, and circuit testing to ensure safety and compliance. Conduct renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or modifications within existing structures. Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical work with framing carpentry and other trades. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, including proper handling of high voltage systems and adherence to NEC guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a strong background in construction site environments. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for electrical systems. Familiarity with low voltage systems, power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high voltage systems, and NEC standards is highly desirable. Ability to perform renovation work and adapt to various project scopes within residential or commercial settings.
