Job Summary We are seeking experienced Electrical Superintendent , responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring electrical projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. to join our team! You will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment, as well as training apprentices on the job. If you are a Journeyman Electrician with a can-do attitude who takes pride in his work, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Field Operations Oversee multiple projects and job sites simultaneously Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and contract documents Coordinate daily with foremen and crews Workforce Management Assign and manage field personnel Adjust manpower based on project demands Maintain discipline and accountability on all job sites Scheduling & Production Develop and manage 2-3 week look-ahead schedules Ensure projects meet milestones and deadlines Coordinate with other trades Quality Control Inspect work prior to inspections Minimize punch list items and rework Enforce company installation standards Safety Enforce OSHA and company safety policies Conduct safety meetings and jobsite audits Investigate and report incidents Materials & Equipment Coordinate material needs with PM Ensure proper tools and equipment are available Prevent delays and waste Communication Act as primary field contact for GCs and inspectors Attend job meetings Report progress and issues to management Budget Awareness Monitor labor productivity Identify cost overruns early Support change order documentation
