Job Description

Foreman / Lead Electrician - Commercial Division Accurate Power is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman/Lead Electrician to lead the continued growth of our Commercial Electrical Division. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven background in commercial electrical installations. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of commercial electrical projects, including slab work, build-outs, generator system installations, panel installations, and other related electrical systems. All work must be performed in accordance with industry standards, company policies, and applicable local and state electrical codes. In addition to technical expertise, the Foreman/Lead Electrician will be expected to provide on-site leadership, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage commercial electrical projects from start to completion Perform and oversee slab work and commercial build-outs Install and maintain generator systems, electrical panels, and associated components Ensure all work complies with company policies and local/state electrical codes Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites Supervise and support field personnel as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial electrical work Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Valid driver's license required
