• 7:00am-3:30pm +

• Monday-Friday / Occasional Weekends
• Responsibilities
• + Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and circuits, principally but not limited to power distribution, motor control centers, and backup emergency switch gear.

+ Must also perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Electrical and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. + Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment. + May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines. + May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities. + Requires current knowledge of various federal, state, local and CMS codes and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

• High School or Equivalent +

• Preferred:

• Technical + Must obtain the OSHA 10-hour certification within 90 days.
• Licenses
• + •Required•- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent (8+ years Electrician experience encompassing a range of electrical work and skills sets) is required.

• Experience
• + •Required•: 5 Years experience as an Electrician + •

Preferred:

• 3 Years Hospital Maintenance +

• Preferred:

• 1 Year High- rise Electrical system +

• Preferred:

• 1 Year Mechanical system
