In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of machinery, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct electrical diagnostics on equipment to identify issues with electrical systems, wiring, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and sensors. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters to assess system performance and pinpoint faults. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting guides to facilitate accurate repairs. Maintain and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring optimal performance through routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely while performing maintenance tasks at elevated heights. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades that improve efficiency and safety. Qualifications Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial mechanics.. Ability to read schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering diagrams accurately. Skilled in welding ( welding preferred), electrical diagnostics, equipment repair, and troubleshooting pneumatic systems. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems for automation troubleshooting. Experience operating precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics. Strong customer service orientation with excellent analysis skills to identify root causes efficiently. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
