An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

- Ongoing Safety Training & Education What You'll Do As a CTS Electrician, you'll:
- Plan, install, and connect electrical wiring and equipment (switches, relays, circuit-breaker panels, etc.).
- Install Buss, Busbar, electrical feeders, and/or switchgear.
- Bend, thread, and install conduit.
- Pull and install wiring throughout structures.
- Troubleshoot faults and perform tests on electrical systems.
- Follow all local codes and safety manuals.
What We're Looking For:
- Must have industrial electrical experience.
- Must have rigid conduit experience.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
