In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from renovation sites to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to keep operations running smoothly. Duties Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and industrial environments Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts Utilize hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other specialized equipment to perform precise electrical work Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), safety standards, including high voltage and low voltage systems Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects and new builds, including framing carpentry and schematic interpretation Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and implement effective solutions promptly Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and installations for compliance and future reference Qualifications Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems Hands-on experience working on construction sites with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems is highly desirable Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment Knowledge of the NEC standards governing electrical installations and safety protocols Experience working on renovation projects or construction sites involving framing carpentry or handyman tasks Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier electrical solutions!
