About the role DPC Services is looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to support residential, commercial and industrial electrical projects in the field. This position works closely with the Electrical Foreman and field crews to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and experienced in electrical work with the ability to work independently while supporting overall jobsite operations. What you'll do Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems Assist the Electrical Foreman with daily jobsite tasks and project execution Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics Pull wire, install conduit, panels, fixtures, and electrical components Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist with repairs in the field Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with NEC codes and company standards Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles properly Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate with foremen, project managers, and other team members regarding project progress Assist with material handling, inventory, and jobsite preparation Complete required paperwork, timekeeping, and documentation accurately Mentor and assist apprentices or less experienced team members as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of electrical field experience preferred Experience with residential, commercial and/or industrial electrical systems preferred Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics Working knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work in physically demanding environments and outdoors as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required OSHA certification preferred Basic hand tools required Willingness to travel to jobsites and work overtime when needed The pay range for this role is: 23 - 28 USD per hour(US)
