Contract (6 Months) Position Overview LaborWorx is seeking experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians for a 6-month contract project in Hampton, Ga. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial electrical experience, the ability to work independently, and the skills necessary to complete electrical installations safely and efficiently while meeting project timelines and quality standards. Candidates must provide their own basic hand tools and required PPE. While an electrical license is preferred, experienced electricians without a license are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Install, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, panels, fixtures, and equipment. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Bend and install conduit (EMT, rigid, and other raceway systems as required). Pull wire, make terminations, and complete electrical connections. Install and troubleshoot lighting, power distribution, and electrical components. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC standards and jobsite safety requirements. Collaborate with project supervisors, electricians, and other trades to maintain project schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Requirements 5+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred. Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installation methods. Must be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints. Must provide your own basic hand tools and required personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be willing to complete a written electrical knowledge assessment prior to placement. Valid driver's license preferred. Electrical license is preferred but not required. Qualified, experienced electricians without a license are encouraged to apply.
