Job Description
Kings Bay, GA Submarine Base Training Facility Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read architectural drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective time management and scheduling abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professional customer and staff communication skills.
- Ability to install electrical wiring solutions safely and efficiently.
- Experience installing electrical conduit, including EMT, PVC, flex, and liquid-tight conduit.
- Experience with security and technology solutions in commercial environments.
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical construction, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of hand tools used in electrical work.
- Drug screening required upon acceptance of an offer.

Job Type:
Full-time Salary:
$17.00 to $35.00 per hour to start, based on experience and aptitude. Per diem, housing, and transportation to the jobsite are provided.Required Basic Tools:
Lineman's pliers, needle-nose pliers, diagonal cutters, channel locks, wire strippers, 25-foot measuring tape, #2 Philips head screwdriver, flat-blade screwdriver, trim screwdriver, non-contact voltage tester, plug tester, carpenter's pencil, marker/Sharpie, torpedo level, and tool pouch.- This is a traveling position.
- Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with local and national codes.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement efficient solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine electrical system layouts.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
