• Electro-Mechanical Technician| Hiring Immediately | Macon, Georgia

• + 2nd Shift + 12-hour + 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM + 5-2-2-5

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• + Repair, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure products are in specification.

+ Fabricates parts not commercially available, + Troubleshoots electric controls, motor control centers, and programmable logic controls. + Communicates on all project needs with Maintenance & Production Supervisors/Managers. + Assist (as required) in the training and skill upgrading of other maintenance and production personnel. + Maintains excellent housekeeping standards to maintain a safe work area. + Maintains effective communication with operators and plant supervision. + Immediately addresses and reports safety issues or hazards. + Maintains excellent safety record. + Maintains an excellent attendance record. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Interpersonal skills. + Strong sense of urgency. + Must have good written and verbal communication skills + Intermediate computer knowledge. + Excellent problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision. + PLC ladder diagram reading. + Full understanding of all levels of wiring diagrams.

• Qualifications:

• + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Demonstrated industrial maintenance experience. + At least five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including successful completion of jobs or similar activities. + At least three (3) years of experience in mechanics. + At least three (3) years of experience in controls. + Demonstrated self-compliance with company policies and procedures. + Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); Maintenance Connection experience preferred. + A technical school certificate or diploma in a specific work-related area, such as electronics technology or electro-mechanical engineering technology, is preferred.

• Physical Requirements:

• + Standing for lengthy periods of time (frequent) + Sitting for extended periods of time (frequent) + Climbing up/down stairs/ladders/platforms (occasional) + Working in a manufacturing environment that includes periods of hot and cold weather, dust, noise above 85 dBA, occasional odors, and moving equipment (frequent) \#INDFGR
