Job Description

Lead Electrician - Residential Construction Lead Electrician needed to join a growing electrical company and take ownership of residential electrical projects throughout Walton County . This is a hands-on leadership role for a Lead Electrician who can run jobs, perform the electrical work, and operate with the mindset of a business owner. What You'll Do Lead and complete electrical work for new construction and renovation projects Run jobs from start to finish with the support of an experienced helper Manage daily jobsite needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality work Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and customers Help establish and grow the company's electrical operations Work independently and take ownership of each project like a Lead Electrician / sole owner What We're Looking For 10+ years of residential electrical experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, new construction, and renovations Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and customer-service focused Local to Walton County or the surrounding area — must be local Hand tools required; company provides remaining tools/equipment Electrical license not required — owner holds the license What's Offered Up to $85K base salary Company vehicle provided Benefits/insurance currently being established; stipend may be available Significant opportunity for growth as the company expands Immediate opportunity — looking to hire ASAP If you're an experienced Lead Electrician ready to take ownership of residential projects and grow with a new company, this is a great opportunity to make a major impact from day one.
