An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Looking for the following skills:
Read Drawings, Installed Cable Tray Systems, Ran Conduit, installed single and multi-conductor power. Are you willing to work out of aerial and scissor lifts? Do you have knowledge of electrical supply and distribution systems (motors, motor control center (MCC), power transformers, motors, and generators, lighting, fire detection, communication, clock, motor control, machine tool, conveying, process, and distributive control systems, connected control devices, switches, and hydraulic equipment. We look forward to training you to become a journeyman electrician. We work in industrial facilities in the Greater Savannah Area. Our clients are primarily in the pulp and paper and chemical industries. We are an NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) training site and offer NCCER classes, apprenticeships, and assessments. We make safety a part of everything we do.
