29173 Job Responsibilities Work closely with an assigned mentor throughout the summer; Assist in building sub-assemblies from electrical schematics or cable drawings; Assist in machine assembly including mechanical erection of system structure and safety fencing; Route electrical cables and hoses throughout a system build; Assist in providing the following system troubleshooting needs: wiring, PLC, HMI, robot logic/path programming, networking; and Work collaboratively with design engineers and project managers throughout the process of a system build. Experience and Skills Entry level Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints; Ability to use common hand tools; and Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Environmental, Health and Safety Understand the Company's EH&S Policy and how it relates to this job; Be aware ofOSHA & EPA
laws and regulations as well as Vizient's rules and policies that pertain to this job; Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and observe all company EH&S procedures; Immediately notify the supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly or if there are any questions regarding EH&S procedures; and Attend required EH&S training. Be able to climb ladders; lift hand tools approx. 1-15 lbs. in weight to complete machine assembly, parts up to 50 lbs. Repetition with activity.Work environment:
