Large-Scale Data Center Construction Overview We are seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join a long-term data center construction project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is a high-hours opportunity with consistent overtime, strong per diem, and the chance to work on a major, cutting-edge build.

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$50.00/hour

Schedule:

5 days per week, 12-hour shifts

Hours:

60+ hours per week

Overtime:

Built-in weekly overtime

Per Diem:

$178/day Key Responsibilities Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit Pull wire and complete terminations Install lighting systems, panels, switchgear, and cable Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Perform troubleshooting and electrical repairs Work with low- and medium-voltage systems Support large-scale commercial/industrial construction projects Qualifications Journeyman-level experience in commercial or industrial electrical work Strong skills in: Conduit bending (EMT & rigid) Terminations and panel work Lighting and electrical systems installation Blueprint and schematic reading Troubleshooting electrical systems Experience on large-scale projects (data center experience preferred) Licensing Requirements Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician License from a state with Iowa reciprocity, including:

AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, WY
