  • Start Immediately | Weekly Pay | Consistent Hours KIT Custom HomeBuilders is actively hiring Electricians to join our Electrical Department . This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do
  • Perform rough wiring in manufactured homes Install switches, outlets (receptacles), and electrical devices Install and connect main electrical panels and breakers Install lighting fixtures and components Route wiring and ensure proper connections according to specifications Test electrical systems for functionality and safety Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable codes Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For • Previous electrical or construction experience preferred (residential or manufacturing) Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring methods Ability to read measurements and follow diagrams or instructions Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Additional Requirements • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work at heights, including getting on roofs as needed

  • 4:30 PM Overtime available (paid at 1.5x) Occasional Saturdays based on production needs Pay & Benefits
  • Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE Weekly pay (Fridays
