Assists operations in solving issues and improving efficiencies Electrician Journeyman Shift Info Day Shift Electrician Journeyman Qualifications (Requirements / Skills) Previous experience in a combination of the following systems: electrical systems, blurprint reading, and technical diagrams, installing and maintaining wiring, lighting lighting systems, and electrical systems, inspecting electrical components like transformers, conduits, and circuit breakers and identifying electrical problems with a variety of testing devices, and other basic electrical tools, systems and processes. Practical operation of power tools and maintenance shop equipment Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics Able to use Technical Manuals and precision measurement tools must comply with state and local building regulations based on the national electric code ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficiency in performance. ability to handle emergency breakdowns by identifying issues and repairing them as swiftly as possible to minimize down time.
