ESC Electrician Full-Time | Field-Based | $35-$45/hour SpartanX is seeking an experienced ESC Electrician to support our Electrical Service Center (ESC) field operations. This is not a standard installation position. ESC Electricians are called in when projects require troubleshooting, corrective electrical work, or additional technical support to get the job completed correctly. We're looking for licensed electricians who are strong problem-solvers, can diagnose issues in the field, and know how to determine the right solution when a project doesn't go exactly as planned. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on residential solar projects Perform electrical repairs, corrections, and modifications in the field Diagnose installation and post-installation electrical problems Respond to ESC work orders and field support requests throughout your assigned market Complete service-related electrical work and corrective actions Identify the root cause of electrical issues and determine appropriate solutions Review plans, photos, and project documentation when troubleshooting field conditions Perform service panel upgrades and other residential electrical work as needed Verify completed work meets NEC, local code, and company requirements Document findings, repairs, and completed work accurately Coordinate with Installation, Service, Operations, and other field teams to resolve project issues Communicate professionally with homeowners when working at customer locations What We're Looking For Current Journeyman or Master Electrician license required Strong residential electrical experience required Residential solar experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Proven electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with residential service equipment, panels, disconnects, breakers, and related electrical components Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to travel throughout the assigned market as needed What We Offer $35-$45 per hour , based on experience, licensing, and qualifications Vehicle allowance Company gas card Consistent, full-time work Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday availability required.
