Job Description

Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for projects located in or around Carol Stream, IL. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, controls, and PLCs in industrial environments Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Install and bend EMT, Rigid, PVC, and Flexible conduit up to 4" Install heavy drop walls, cable trays, wire, and electrical devices Troubleshoot electrical systems using appropriate testing equipment Install and terminate motors, transformers, panels, switchgear, lighting, receptacles, and control systems Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to minimize downtime Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects safely and on schedule Respond to emergency service calls and equipment failures as needed Operate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience Strong knowledge of PLCs and industrial control systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Experience installing and bending conduit up to 4" Experience installing and terminating motors, transformers, panels, switchgear, lighting, and control systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Knowledge of NEC and OSHA requirements Experience operating aerial lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts Must be safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
