Experience:
PLC certification required 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Familiar with maintenance work order systems and technical drawings Proficient with hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment Welding and machining experience a plus Responsibilities Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production and utility equipment. Troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive systems. Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents. Complete preventive maintenance checks and document work in CMMS. Support line systems (lubrication, resin delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and production teams. Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow sanitation protocols. Track and report parts usage and inventory levels. Follow all safety and compliance standards (OSHA, MSS, SOPs). Perform other duties as needed. Education High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Associate's or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science preferred Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Pregis's total compensation package. The hourly base pay range for this role is estimated to be $33 to $42.
