We are currently hiring experienced Residential Service Electricians (5+ years of experience) and Apprentice Electricians (2-4 years of experience) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in residential electrical service upgrades, standby generator installations, home remodeling, and installing various lighting systems and controls. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must

• both with our customers and office staff.

Candidates should be proficient in:

Effectively troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues with accuracy and efficiency Performing repairs that meet and exceed National Electrical Code (NEC) standards Clearly educating customers and recommending immediate upgrade opportunities Providing accurate estimates and invoicing for service work and projects Documenting completed work with detailed before-and-after photos Maintaining consistent communication with dispatch, managers, parts departments, and installation teams Upholding a clean, professional appearance at all times Delivering a top-tier, 5-star service experience to our clients and the community

Position Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience, or 2-4 years as an apprentice A strong focus on customer service and professional conduct A valid driver's license Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Reliable and punctual with strong organizational habits Completion of a four-year electrical apprenticeship program is a plus A standout technician who is intuitive, efficient, and motivated—comfortable wearing a uniform, eager to learn our service system, keeps their work truck neat and stocked, and always ready to ask, "What's next?" We are a drug-free workplace with a program that includes testing for pre-hire, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and random, plus criminal background checks.
