  • Full-time Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates , specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing.

In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from the Red Bud, IL facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and troubleshoot electrical systems including, but not limited to control panels, control stations, and junction boxes. Interpret data from electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics. Diagnose malfunctioning system components/wiring using test equipment and locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Understand complex panel builds and help define project requirements when not specified. Create red lined drawings for design errors and/or changes. Use electrical test equipment and perform final check on panels. Run electrical wires in the most effective route to minimize wire used and for uniformity and neatness. Create wire/panel labels utilizing engraving and printing equipment. Exceptional attendance. Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
S KILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required. Associates Degree in Electrical, Control Systems Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred. At least two (2) years of panel building experience is required. Ability to read blue prints, line and schematic drawings. High Voltage AC and Low Voltage DC experience is required. Strong math skills are required. Experience with hand held tools and assembling parts is required. Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment. Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, frequent and mandatory overtime, weekends, and some holidays are required.
