Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join a growing, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, accurate work and can independently build and wire control panels from start to finish. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where each builder owns their projects, contributing to high-quality industrial equipment used in essential infrastructure applications. What You'll Do Build and wire industrial control panels based on schematics and line diagrams Assemble electrical components using hand and power tools Route and terminate wiring with accuracy and attention to detail Work independently to complete panels while maintaining quality standards Support light fabrication tasks as needed
What We're Looking For Required:
3+ years of panel building or panel wiring experience Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and line diagrams Experience working with industrial power (3-phase, 480V) Proficiency with hand and power tools High school diploma or GED Preferred (Not Required): Technical degree or certification Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs Light metal fabrication experience Work Environment & Culture Clean, organized, and modern facility Smaller, tight-knit team with strong employee retention Relaxed, respectful, and supportive work environment Unique onsite perks including a gym and complimentary barber services Schedule & Overtime Standard hours: 6:30 AM
  • 3:00 PM Regular overtime during busy periods (up to ~5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $29
  • 34/hour Contract-to-hire opportunity (6 months) Upon conversion
