Position Summary JHB Group is looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to lead our electrical team and oversee electrical work on trailers and production projects. This role is responsible for managing employees, ensuring projects stay on schedule, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong electrical experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep projects moving efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Electrical department team Plan labor, workload, and daily priorities Participate in production scheduling and communicate progress or delays Ensure materials, drawings, tools, and parts are ready before work begins Install and maintain electrical systems in trailers Install, route, terminate, and repair wiring including: Cat5/Cat6 Coax 110V 12V DC Low-voltage systems Install batteries, inverters, solar controllers, outlets, receptacles, and network racks Diagnose and repair electrical issues Verify all systems are installed correctly and functioning properly Maintain electrical quality, safety, and code compliance Operate power tools and shop equipment safely Assist with shop operations, inventory movement, loading, and production support as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of electrical experience Experience with trailer, industrial, construction, marine, or production electrical work preferred Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting Experience managing or leading teams preferred Ability to read drawings and manage multiple projects Strong communication and organizational skills What We're Looking For Reliable leadership and accountability Strong attention to quality and safety Ability to solve problems and communicate proactively Team-focused attitude with a willingness to help where needed
