A relocation package between $8,000 and $10,000 is available after hiring, with an emphasis on candidates who are local or willing to relocate to the South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, or South Milford area. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, and controls experience is a plus. Indiana electrical license is preferred but not required.
