Residential Electrician (1-2+ Years Experience) Join the Ultimate Electric Team! We're looking for a motivated, hardworking electrician with at least 1-2 years of residential electrical experience who takes pride in doing quality work and wants to continue growing in the trade. If you're someone who shows up ready to work, enjoys learning new skills, and isn't afraid to hustle, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems Work on kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home remodels Work alongside experienced electricians and follow directions to complete projects safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Represent Ultimate Electric with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of residential electrical experience Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Eager to learn and improve every day Self-motivated with a "get it done" mentality Able to adapt to different job sites and changing work environments Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Dependable, honest, and accountable Team player who communicates well Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus Qualifications Experience with residential remodels Service work and troubleshooting experience Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions Why Work With Ultimate Electric?
