At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. This role focuses on supporting electrical troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment and production machinery in a casting and machining environment, ensuring equipment reliability while adhering to strict safety standards. Shift patterns Monday through Friday, 10:45 pm to 7:00 am Pay rates 28.00 - 36.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Electrical Maintenance Technician Do you have 3-5+ years of industrial electrical experience with equipment such as CNC machines, casting, or machining equipment? Please give an example of your experience. Do you have hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, and HMI/operator interfaces? Explain. Are you able to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic independently? Do you have experience performing preventive/predictive maintenance and using electrical test equipment? Are you familiar with
NEC, NFPA
70E, and Lockout/Tagout procedures in an industrial setting? Role for Electrical Maintenance Technician Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure reliability. Complete electrical upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality and efficiency issues. Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout, confined space, and hot work permits.
