Demonstrate repeatable troubleshooting process (verify, isolate, repair, validate) and escalate effectively when controls/program changes are required. Complete PM work to standard and recommend improvements based on observed failures, workmanship findings, and recurring downtime trends. Contribute to reliability improvements (labeling, wiring corrections, panel cleanup, standardization, and approved small upgrades) that reduce repeat failures. Produce at least one usable troubleshooting guide or recovery procedure for a critical asset and review it with the senior technician/team. By 365 Days Serve as a primary responder for electrical/control downtime in the area; lead troubleshooting on complex faults and coordinate with controls/engineering as needed. Demonstrate deep working knowledge of Remex/Spuhl failure modes and recovery methods; maintain and improve equipment-specific documentation. Drive at least one measurable reliability improvement (e.g., elimination of a repeat failure mode, PM optimization, improved troubleshooting standard work, or spare-part standardization). Effectively support legacy-to-new technology transition work by partnering during commissioning, identifying integration risks, and helping develop sustainable maintenance standards for new equipment.
