Low Voltage Installer / BAS Controls Installation Helper Project-Based Hire | a new commercial retail and fuel station build in the Kansas City, KS area About the Role Delta Electrical & Controls, Inc. is hiring for a project-based opportunity on a new large-format travel center and fuel station build in the Kansas City, KS area. We're looking for reliable, hands-on workers to support our lead technicians with running controls cables and installing sensors and other field devices related to BAS systems. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with running and roughing in low-voltage cabling throughout the commercial job site Helping install and terminate low-voltage devices — temperature, pressure, and air volume sensors and switches, and similar small field devices Supporting lead technicians with material staging, labeling, and general installation tasks Reading basic wiring diagrams and following direction from lead techs Documenting and reporting progress accurately Working alongside other trades on an active commercial construction site What We're Looking For Commercial construction experience (required) Your own hand tools (required) Valid transportation to and from the job site (required) Ability to follow direction and work well as part of a crew Prior low-voltage, BAS/HVAC controls, or wire-running experience is a major plus Strong work ethic and reliability
