Health/Dental/Vision•PTO•401k match Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment throughout the plant Troubleshoot and repair motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and breakers Inspect, test, and maintain AC/DC power distribution and control systems Install and repair wiring, conduit, lighting, and control circuits Support maintenance of coal handling equipment such as conveyors, crushers, and feeders Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose and verify system performance Assist with outages, shutdowns, and planned maintenance activities Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash requirements Maintain accurate work orders, logs, and maintenance records Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent apprenticeship/training 5+ years industrial electrical experience (power plant or heavy industry preferred) Strong understanding of AC/DC systems, motors, and electrical distribution equipment Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control system issues Valid driver's license required #ENG1
