Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations and repairs Test electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues accurately Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations during all work activities Work on construction sites, renovation projects, or maintenance tasks across commercial or industrial facilities Collaborate with team members and other trades such as frame carpentry or handyman specialists to coordinate project efforts Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for accountability and future reference Requirements Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage applications, and schematics reading Familiarity with NEC standards, blueprint reading, and construction site safety protocols Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (e.g., drills), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment Experience working on renovation projects or construction sites is highly desirable Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise installations or repairs Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently Valid electrician's license or certification as required by local regulations; additional certifications in high voltage or low voltage systems are a plus Excellent physical condition to perform tasks that involve climbing ladders, working at heights or in confined spaces Handyman experience or related skills such as frame carpentry can be beneficial for versatile project support Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality electrical solutions that power progress!
