Job Description
Duties:
```- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as framers and carpenters, to complete projects
- Use a variety of power tools and equipment to complete electrical work
- Test electrical systems for functionality and safety ```
Qualifications:
```- Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Experience working in commercial settings, including new construction and renovations
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
