Industrial Electrician:
New England Wire Products, Inc. (NEWP) is a family-owned, domestic manufacturer of high-quality wire display racks and shelving solutions. For decades, we've partnered with customers across the U.S. to deliver dependable products backed by responsive, relationship-driven service. New England Wire Products, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Electrician (3rd-4th year apprentice or licensed Journeyman) to join our growing team in our production factory located in Leominster, MA! The Industrial Electrician should have solid experience working on manufacturing machinery — gears, pumps, switches, hydraulics — with additional plumbing and general maintenance skills a plus. This role will troubleshoot manufacturing machinery as well as other equipment such as brake presses, forklifts, and lasers, and will handle other electrical and maintenance needs throughout the factory as they arise. You'll need the ability to work with others to diagnose the source of a problem, and then the ability to work independently or as part of a team to correct it as quickly and efficiently as possible to keep production moving. Industrial Electrician:
High School diploma, or equivalent experience Apprentice (3rd-4th year) or licensed Journeyman Electrician 1+ years in a maintenance position with a manufacturing company Experience working on gears, pumps, and hydraulics Ability to occasionally travel to our facilities in other states Willingness to work with others in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds PLC background is a plus
