Full Job Description Responsibilities & Requirements:

Hold a current Journeyman Electrician license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in residential / small commercial / retail wiring. Own hand tools, battery tools, and basic testing equipment (multimeter, etc.). Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times. Ability to use a smartphone or tablet app for timekeeping, job notes, and scopes of work. Desired Skills (company training also available): Heat Pump installation and HVAC Controls experience. Knowledge of Audio / Video / Alarms / Data Wiring / Intercoms / HVAC / Control wiring / Intercom Systems. Manufacturer's product certifications and/or training. Attention to detail with ability to create / design a detailed written scope of work from the client on-site consulting. Minimum OSHA-10 certified.

Qualifications:

Installation and Repair of General Electrical Wiring Methods. Minimum 3+ years residential and/or commercial service work experience as a Licensed Journeyman Electrician. Takes pride in keeping a clean work environment, keeping a clean company truck, having a clean personal appearance, have an on-time attitude and an organized performance of work. Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude, and not be afraid to ask questions about something you don't have knowledge of instead of taking risks. Integrity, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime if required. Willingness to expand knowledge, learning about cutting edge products and technology offered by the company. Willingness to share knowledge and instruct others. Shall obtain a 15-hour Code update within the first six months of every license renewal cycle. Own a smartphone to communicate at work. High School diploma or equivalent. Shall submit to a background check and drug test (work performed at schools, municipalities, and other government work). Individuals employed by an S-license holder must obtain a Certificate of Clearance prior to engaging in Security work.

Compensation & Benefits:
