Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician to support a leading engineering, and systems integration organization serving both with federal and commercial clients. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling crews to complete assigned work orders, ensuring tasks are completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with safety requirements. Journeyman Electrician:
Plan, organize, and schedule crews to complete assigned work orders. Assure crews meet daily productivity benchmarks and submit daily hour/unit reports. Perform quality control inspections following established QC plans and checklists. Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update weekly. Ensure all work areas are cleaned and left in broom-swept condition daily. Qualifications for the
Journeyman Electrician:
6+ years of experience in the electrical industry Ability to ensure installation meets/exceeds codes, contractual obligations, best practices, and Corporate Quality Policy. Experience implementing Project Quality Plans and participating in QAQC processes, including inspections and discrepancy resolution. Strong understanding of quality documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Previous experience working as a Foreman/Lead managing large teams Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment management. Ability to read and interpret contract drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Compensation for the

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience. •
