Plan, organize, and schedule crews to complete assigned work orders. Assure crews meet daily productivity benchmarks and submit daily hour/unit reports. Perform quality control inspections following established QC plans and checklists. Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update weekly. Journeyman Electrician:

6+ years of experience in the electrical industry Ability to ensure installation meets/exceeds codes, contractual obligations, best practices, and Corporate Quality Policy. Experience implementing Project Quality Plans and participating in QAQC processes, including inspections and discrepancy resolution. Strong understanding of quality documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Previous experience working as a Foreman/Lead managing large teams Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment management.
