What You'll Do You'll be the face of Electrical Connections in our customers' homes - diagnosing issues, building trust, and guiding homeowners to the right solution. Perform residential electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics Present clear options and recommendations (good/better/best) and answer homeowner questions Close approved work on-site by educating customers and helping them choose the safest, best-fit solution. Complete service repairs and installations (devices, lighting, safety upgrades, etc. Handle panel/equipment upgrades and related residential service work as needed. Create accurate job documentation, pricing, and notes using a smartphone/tablet. Deliver a clean, professional experience: protect the home, communicate clearly, and follow code and safety standards. Benefits:
You must earn as much as $125,000 to $160,000/year + bonus opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS OF AN ELECTRIC SERVICE TECHNICIAN / RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN
High school diploma or equivalent 4 + years' experience in the residential electrical trade A valid driver's license and clean driving record Journeyman License or in process Strong communication skills Positive attitude and able to explain electrical issues and solutions to your customers Basic smartphone and tablet understanding Can you provide extraordinary customer service when in a client's home? Do you have a basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform regular manual labor? Can you follow routine verbal and written instructions? Do you communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and customers? Can you express technical information in layman's terms? Are you a team player who is clean, organized, and efficient?
