With over 135,000 homes served, we specialize in HVAC installation, energy efficiency upgrades, electrification, insulation, duct sealing, and air sealing. We help homeowners save money, improve comfort, and reduce their environmental impact. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to support our growing HVAC electrification team. This role focuses on performing electrical panel upgrades (heavy-ups) and providing electrical support for HVAC electrification projects including heat pump installations across residential properties. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical panel upgrades and service upgrades (heavy-ups) in residential settings Provide electrical installation support for HVAC electrification projects including heat pumps and related equipment Install, connect, and inspect wiring, outlets, circuits, and electrical panels per NEC standards and local code Coordinate with HVAC installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery Inspect completed electrical work for safety and compliance Maintain proper documentation and permits for all electrical work performed Requirements Journeyman or Master Electrician license (state of Maryland preferred) Demonstrated experience performing electrical panel heavy-ups in residential environments Prior experience supporting HVAC electrification projects strongly preferred Working knowledge of NEC codes and local Maryland/DC/Virginia electrical regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-trade crew Valid driver's license required Compensation and Benefits $38.00 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Paid time off Paid volunteer days and fun days Take-home vehicle
