Job Description

Job Title:
Master Electrician Job Description As a Master Electrician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting to diagnose problems and performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment. You will maintain and update all process documentation, support equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansion needs, and strictly follow all OSHA safety procedures. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment systems, often isolating malfunctioning parts. You will install, program, calibrate, and monitor Variable Frequency Drives, instruments, and systems, monitor PLC processor operations, and support equipment and operations necessary for safety and environmental regulations. Ensuring equipment is in safe working condition and utilizing the Lock-Out Tag-Out program are also key responsibilities. Responsibilities Troubleshoot to diagnose equipment problems. Repair and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment. Maintain and update all process documentation. Support equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansion needs. Follow all OSHA safety procedures strictly. Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment systems. Install, program, calibrate, and monitor Variable Frequency Drives, instruments, and systems. Monitor PLC Processor operations and act as directed or instructed. Support equipment and operations necessary for safety and environmental regulations. Ensure equipment is in a safe and working condition utilizing the Lock-Out Tag-Out program. Essential Skills Master license Experience with electrical schematics and conduit bending Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, and electrical maintenance Experience as an electromechanical technician Proficiency in preventative maintenance and electrical troubleshooting Knowledge of motor systems Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Westminster, MD 21157. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $89440.00/yr. health, vision, dental, PTO and vacation and holidays. Typically 12 hours of OT per week which helps with the pay rate Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Westminster,MD 21157.
