Job Description

Who We Are BANN Home Electrical & Heat Pump Services is a licensed residential electrical and heat pump contractor based in Brunswick, Maine. We've been serving Southern Maine homeowners for 6 years — from panel upgrades and EV charger installs to Mitsubishi heat pump systems. We're an Efficiency Maine Approved Partner and a tight operation run by a working owner who knows the trade. We do the work right, we take care of our customers, and we take care of our team. We're growing, and we need a skilled journeyman who wants to earn more than a flat hourly wage.
The Pay Base pay:
$32-$42/hr depending on experience and license level. Top performers who run jobs the right way — presenting options, closing add-ons, and delivering a great customer experience — can earn up to $100,000 a year with our performance pay program. Performance pay details discussed during the interview process. What You'll Do Residential electrical service work — troubleshooting, panel upgrades, circuit additions, fixture and device installs EV charger installations (ChargePoint, Leviton and others) Heat pump electrical connections and commissioning support Running jobs independently and representing BANN professionally with homeowners Presenting options and add-ons to customers in a low-pressure, service-first way What We're Looking For Valid Maine Journeyman Electrician license — non-negotiable Clean driving record Residential service experience — you're comfortable working in occupied homes Self-starter who can run a job from start to finish without hand-holding Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely wants to earn more Why BANN Performance-based pay that rewards your skill — not just your hours Work with a small, professional crew — no chaos, no drama Owner is in the field — you're not forgotten in a big company Quality tools and stocked van Efficiency Maine Approved Partner work — newer installs, not just old knob-and-tube headaches Serving Brunswick, Bath, Topsham, Freeport, Yarmouth, South Portland, Scarborough, and surrounding areas To Apply Apply directly through Indeed or call/text us at 207-406-3918 .
