Job Description

Green Arrow Staffing is currently hiring for an experienced Electrical Panel Technician in Auburn Hills, MI. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in electrical panel building, wiring, assembly, and reading electrical prints in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
Independently interpret electrical prints and work instructions Perform complete panel assembly including wiring and component installation Identify layout or material discrepancies and report issues to the Lead Use hand tools, power tools, measurement equipment, cranes, rigging, and forklifts as needed Support field installations and service calls when required Maintain quality standards, safety procedures, and housekeeping requirements Work independently while supporting overall team production goals
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical panel building or related field Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings Experience using measurement equipment including tape measures, torque wrenches, T-squares, and scales Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment Good communication skills and ability to work independently High school diploma or equivalent required Technical or vocational training is a plus
Preferred Experience:
Industrial control panels Wiring and electrical assembly Blueprint and schematic reading Forklift or crane experience Troubleshooting and field support experience This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a growing company offering steady hours and a professional team environment.
