OCG Companies is hiring a L ead Master Electrician / Foreman to take control of commercial projects across the Detroit metro area. We know what you're seeing out there -Union shops, traveling work, and offers all over the board. This role is built to compete: Strong salary, leadership opportunity, and real support from management. What You'll Own Full control of commercial job sites (ground-up + tenant improvements) Crew leadership, scheduling, and productivity Coordination with GCs, supers, and PMs Layout, planning, and execution from prints Job pacing, problem-solving, and decision-making on-site Code compliance (NEC), safety, and quality control Material ordering and job cost awareness What We are Looking For Master Electrician License (Required) 10+ years commercial experience Proven Foreman / Lead experience running jobs Someone who can run work without micromanaged Strong leadership presence — crews respect you Experience with large-scale commercial systems (panels, switchgear, lighting, etc.) What Sets This Job Apart (Detroit Market) No union dues, but pay competitive with union take-home Local work — minimal travel (home every night)Stability — consistent pipeline of commercial projects.
