Job Description

White Light Electric is growing, and we are looking for a high-level electrician ready to step into a leadership role. This role is ideal for a Journeyman Electrician or a driven 3rd or 4th year apprentice who is ready to step up, take responsibility, and grow into leadership. If you are confident enough to run projects, lead a crew, and want a company that will invest in your development and help you earn your Journeyman license, we want to talk. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and wants to help develop the next generation of electricians while building something meaningful. What You'll Do Lead and mentor apprentices and field crew members Oversee and manage 1-2 commercial or industrial projects Handle service calls and troubleshooting for commercial and industrial clients Work alongside office staff on scheduling, materials, and project planning Ensure field operations meet White Light Electric's safety and quality standards Keep projects organized, productive, and on schedule What We're Looking For Commercial or industrial electrical experience Journeyman Electrician or motivated 3rd or 4th year apprentice Confidence to run projects and manage field work Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to troubleshoot and handle service work independently A safety-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship Someone who wants to grow into leadership and build a long-term career Our Mission Develop People.
