Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial solar systems , ensuring all projects meet safety standards and customer expectations. You will work with a skilled, supportive team in a fast-growing industry with opportunities for growth and continuing education. Key Responsibilities Install solar panel systems according to Cedar Creek Energy standards and NEC codes . Manage electrical connections between solar arrays and the grid. Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs . Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Install electrical equipment, including conduits, disconnects, and panels. Conduct quality control checks and system testing. Work independently or collaboratively to meet project deadlines. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards . Qualifications Current Journeyman or Master Electrician License , or willingness to test for Journeyman. Minimum 1 year of electrical experience , preferably including commercial projects. Ability to work on rooftops and in various weather conditions. Physical ability to lift 60+ pounds consistently. Proficient with power tools, electrical schematics, and blueprints. Valid MN driver's license with a clean DMV record. Experience in the solar industry is a plus , but not required. Willingness to pass driving, drug, and criminal background checks.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay:

$50 - $55 per hour.
