DEFINED PURPOSE
Bring expertise, professionalism, and exceptional customer care to every electrical project — delivering safe, high-quality work and a 5-Star Experience in every home. The Role As a Licensed Service Electrician, you'll complete residential electrical service calls from start to finish — diagnosing issues, delivering clean installations, and leaving every homeowner with confidence in both the work and Randy's brand. You'll be the face of our company in the field. ResponsibilitiesService & Repairs Complete a wide range of residential electrical service calls: troubleshooting, repairs, and full installations Ensure all work meets or exceeds NEC and local Minnesota code requirements Customer Communication Build genuine rapport with homeowners and make them feel informed, respected, and cared for Clearly present solutions, options, financing, and maintenance plans — guiding customers toward confident, informed decisions Collaboration & Scheduling Partner closely with CSR and Dispatch teams to keep schedules tight and communication clear Minimize cancellations and ensure each job runs smoothly from first call to final invoice Training & Mentorship Guide and develop apprentices in the field — sharing skills, standards, and the Randy's way of doing things right Model professionalism, safety, and customer care on every job Organization & Documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle at all times Accurately complete all paperwork — invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets — in a timely manner How Success Is Measured We measure what matters. You'll be set up for success with clear expectations and regular feedback: Customer satisfaction scores and Google review ratings On-time arrival and job completion rates Accuracy and timeliness of documentation Apprentice development milestones Adherence to Randy's systems, processes, and 5-Star standards Is This Role Right for You?
